Any standard metal mech will work. Three holes on each side. Mounting studs/posts go in bottom two holes each side. Hook bottom in first then top and push lever up to lock it.

Have you looked inside a new Williams, Stern, or JJP pin ? Same thing. Unchanged for a long time. Just mounted different.

See Pinbee's picture - only difference is mounting studs. In his picture the studs on the left and right side are in the top and bottom of three holes. Your holder will use the bottom and middle holes.
