I bought a Fun house but I'm having some issues. The play field and cabinet is in amazing shape. However I believe I'm having trouble with the driver circuit board. My technician gave me his board to test, but it's a little older. It works better then the driver board I had there originally because I’m able to play the game. I just keep the mouth As of right now,I have no back box lights what so ever, and no jaw movement or eyes working. everything else works as it should. Maybe its not the driver board..... What should I look at, for the back lights being out and the face jaw and eyes not working? Any trouble shooting points i should do? Any testing with my digitamedia? I'm not that handy, so any help step by step, would be very helpful. Thanks and have a great day. If you need better pics or more pics of the back board, please let me know, and I will send them right away. Thank you very much as the back lights are out but I think it could be the loose wire that my hands are on.

looks like you found your GI problem already. Do you have a manual? If so go through it and educate yourself a bit on whats going on. Check all your fuses with a DVM first.

There is a connector on J123+124 (!) that belongs on J121. (RED arrow). You are lucky that this caused no harm.
Then it looks like 2 cables for J122 and J126 are stuck behind the powerdriver (GREEN circles)
And J115 looks black in the picture (BLUE cirlcle) , that could cause GI not to work all strings.

Also all your EPROMs windows are uncovered. I would check the data on them and rewrite fresh rom dumps of the latest software for funhouse. Not that this caused your problems with the animatronics...
These PCBs are the perfect candidates for removing, cleaning, re-cabling, checking all connections, fuses and burnt stuff, and then put back together in the correct order. Two things I would definitely change on first look are the male and female connector of the G.I. on the power driver board with the loose cables...

A.) Permanent marker, write plug # on side of molex connector and never accidentally mix things up again.

B.) Download the manual and look at the wiring matrix. It tells you exactly where the wires connect in the back box.
