If you have no power to the board checked for burned connectors at transformer.
Have you pulled and checked GI fuses with a meter ?
If power to board and fuses are good and no power off, then start checking through and across board continuity to see if you lost it.

If you have questions about a step, ask - but do start with that list.
Check if your connector is burnt - trace the gi connector to J115. If those traces are good check the Q12, Q214, etc traces also. If all those are good, check the voltage at the transformer connector. If anything is burnt - replace BOTH sides of the problem (male/female)
Also check the big molex connector at the transformer in the cabinet with the big yellow wires. This can burn as well.
