You should add that you want one built in the 2nd half of the model year with the 25th anniversary dash trim and the 140 MPH speedometer.
I have a Black 89 GT, with 45K original miles (with 25 years of inspection receipts to prove it). I am the original owner and I'll never sell it.

I could be wrong, but I think your Mustang is 90-93. I'm not sure which year without looking more closely at the interior. The "air bag" steering wheel and head rests give it away.

You are correct, 89 did not have air bags and it does have factory mass air instead of the speed density system used in 86 to 88 Mustangs.
