Yeah, I know my timing is crap but I've been meaning to post this for a couple of weeks. MM has a new Big Time cabinet, new coin door, chromed out legs, side rails, and lock bar, etc; Beautiful original playfield with almost no wear on it.
For non-collectors, I doubt the value will be there. For collectors, a Rolex will always be worth more than a Rolex replica. If you don't think the analogy is relevant, compare the cost of an IPB BBB with a Capcom BBB. I'm sure these same discussions were had when IPB launched their BBB remake run.
