Seriously, we should wipe the term HUO from the lexicon of pinball terms. At best, its arbitrary term. Like others here, I've seen HUO examples that are simply garbage. Then again, I've seen routed pins that were near perfect. Go figure. Maintenance or lack thereof, regardless of where the pin is placed (home vs. public location) is key. Many machines in the home simply go neglected. Unless the owner is a pinhead, people expect these machines to be maintenance-free. YMMV, but if I am looking at a machine, the term HUO means nothing to me until the specifics are gone over--just my .02
