Ok, after the should I trade for a MM thread, and lots of emails from people with opinions, I decided I think to scrap the idea of getting MM right now and just switch out the LOTR. I played IM last night and Ed was right about keeping it. Then I thought about dumping the FGuy with LOTR for a MM. Still a maybe, but lets start with just the LOTR.
A little story about the life of my LOTR:
Born Nov 2005 in the Chicago area
Bought from NECO (Betson Boston) NIB
Has not left my game room since unboxing it (I even have some old pics of that night)
very little mods....color changing LED in the sphere and some green bulbs around the slings (not LED). I added the Gandalf white with Shadowfax since that run came with the gray Gandalph...I used double sided tape to attach. Green LED bulbs in the coin slots.
Plastics are all good, none are broken
No wear on the cab (flipper area) nor the playfield....cliffy protectors installed
ramps are good, all switches are working
DMD is nice like the day it was first turned on
I put front leg protectors on a year ago....if I remember, the legs were starting to cut into the artwork so this stopped that from getting bad.
I think I have about 800 games on it.....maybe 50 in 2012 (blame Ironman and Tron LE)
I am open to trades or cash.... $5500/BO cash at pickup or trade for an equal/lesser DMD game. Located in Manchester NH, there's no delivery (needs to go up 5 steps).
