Yeah, its harder to re-sell the non-HUO ones for more than you bought them with the turnaround time you keep them.

I put a set in mine and had a hard time keeping track of the balls. Didn't like them at all.

Me too.. Have a set of ooohhh_shiiiiny in there.. The black is for guests for the novelty at my house.

added some what I can only call "Water Blades". It's a lenticular "3D" material which gives it a watery wave look. Updated the first post with some pics

I made them out of bulk film. They make the following colors. Its pretty cool stuff and easy to work with.

Blue, Gold, Red, Purple, Silver, Yellow, Lime, Pink

They have different effects too.. Serpentine, Moire, Ripple, Ribbon, 3D, Sea Glass

Are the Black Cannon pinballs hard to follow in the game because if thier color? They dont get camoflauged in certain areas do they? Always wondered how cool those would like in machines with similiar themes like this.

They can be more difficult to track at times. I added a spot light for the center of the playfield which helped but silver balls still are best.

I just spoke with a rep for Rowtec. Minimum purchase is 250# of any film. The film is NOT adhesive-backed. There's a company in SD, CA that fabricates this sort of application. I'm going to talk to them today about making these--and others--but need a description of the shape of the blades, or else I'm going to need to send them one to match. Can anyone draw one with dimensions?

Stevedave very nice. I'm not sure if many of you are following but SteveDave has done a few mods and not tried profiting from hardly any. Just explains how others can do it as well.

Big thumbs up when he could likely profit from some of his ideas.

I would bet you could make sets of these and they would sell. If they were cheap and easily tacked on/removed, I would try em out on my potc and plain blue for funhouse.
