I know this is WAY overdue but did you get close ups of the instruction cards? I'm working on the same machine and had some parts including the instruction card holders chrome plated. No cards and no idea what they're where supposed to look like. Can you shed any light on that?

Another thing is I noticed the photo shows the pitch cover is not centered, mine wasn't either but noticed a third hole in it so I made a new one and centered it... should it have been offset? I'm restoring one to new but improved for today such as having ground utilized.
