I picked up one of these, but it doesn't have manual on how to use it, is there anyone who has a manual or a link to download one. Also I was curious if it could test the fliptronics board. Mine has a spot (looks like there was a board on it at one time that matches the outline of a fliptronics board, how can you tell if it can test the fliptronics board? It also has both DMD, and alph numerica displays mounted on it, as well as their display boards, maybe it was upgraded by williams, it looks all orginial.

Mine seems to have been upgraded as it went along, so maybe I will get lucky. Mine supposedly came out of Betson in Baltimore, so being a big distributor I might get lucky. I wish I knew you were looking for test fixtures because the guy that sold me mine also had a complete wpc 95 fixture also. I wanted to buy them both, but didn't have the money at the time.
