1995 Bally Who dunnit. Very nice condition cabinet and playfield. Domestic game. Bright display. Translite has one mark in it. No board hacks that I can see. Reels spin, but one opto seems to not read home position. I'll include an original manual.
Game is in Louisville, KY. I can bring to Expo with me for easy pickup.

Not sure on the reel opto. I ran the test and it clearly is intermittent as the reels spin. I don't have time to take the assembly apart and I'm out of room for DMD games, so its going as it stands.
