Selling my I500.

Pin is in very good overall condition. Playfield shows very little signs of wear. The turbo boost saucer shows minimal wear (this is the most common wear spot on this pin). See pic.

New decals have been installed.

Cliffy posts installed.

All new (not rebuilt) entire flipper mechanisms have been installed.

LED targets are new and working 100%.

Inserts have premium no ghosting LEDs. GI is incandescents.

Pin is working 100% with zero issues/errors.

Asking $3500.00 $3300.00 $3200.00. As usual, prefer local sale, but willing to ship at buyers expense.

was this game decaled from the factory?

Are there 2 versions of cabinet colors? I500's I remember seeing, didn't have so much blue from what I remember. thought there are proto and production cabinets that look different. Game looks great all around.

I'm honestly not sure!

Funny, someone else told me that they didn't even know that they made new decals for i500. These were installed before I bought it.

#7 9 years ago

Humm, guess they are. Maybe it's because nearly all of them you see are faded. I didn't think they made decal sets either. Technically you can get every set, just have to know where to get them from.

I would like to buy a set of cabinet decals for my indy if someone would share the secret of who sells them.

Planetary has them now:

Seen it and played this in person. A Wonderful example of Indy 500, and a top notch seller to boot.

game looks great with the new decals. Bump from another I500 owner.

#14 9 years ago

This is a fun game, and it looks great with the new decals. I don't know what these actually sell for, but I know I've seen ones with faded cabs that didn't look half this nice have been listed for close to this.

If I wanted one (I sort of do actually, but not enough to actually get one right now) I'd grab this one, I love a nice looking pin.

#15 9 years ago

I500 is a great game and a total sleeper. Good call outs and rules. Tought elusive lock shot and great dots. With decals and plastics available this title should hold steady. I keep putting mine up for sale and taking it back down, just a fun, tough game.

#16 9 years ago

I couldn't agree more on how challenging this pin is. It's fast and missed shots are definitely punished with drains.

#17 9 years ago

Will give you asking price if you bring it to FL Wish you were closer...

#18 9 years ago

For what it is worth, the PPS Indy 500 decals were only made available in the last several weeks. I couldn't find them anywhere before that and have been looking for the last 6 months. The only clue that they may not be factory is the serial number sticker is missing from the front bottom of the cabinet front.

Good luck with the sale. Nice looking I500!

#19 9 years ago

they must have been available before that, or this game wouldn't have them. were they decals from the factory?

Sitting here listening to Dwight Yoakams "This Time",...
and the above gif. so nicely posted, is completely synchcronized.

#23 9 years ago

I think that gif is nicely synchronized to all music.

#24 9 years ago

I could be wrong....but I think the originals were not decals. And they were offered in two different colors. Mine was the same as what is shown here.

Wait......are you talking about the game or the BUMP gif?

#26 9 years ago

Really wish you were closer. I'm looking for a Indy 500 in this type of shape but $500-$600 in shipping expense really kills the deal. Just shipped a pin from IL to NY via NAVL and it was $457.

Best of luck with your sale.

Gweempose needs to get a life. If he thinks his kids are at risk on a little pinball site then he clearly isn't seeing the big picture.

Good luck with the sale Rob. I was tempted but shipping lately by NAVL is killing things.

He said Gweem needs to get a life because he gave tilt warnings on the Gifs.

Ah, gotcha. Tilts are to be used on things such as this. Not inappropriate or censorship. People can set their tilt rating high like me and basically never even notice.

Nice game by the way.

But, the Tilter in question is a moderator!!! That's CENSORSHIP.
