I'm selling my TRON LE to make room, but figure I might as well sell it now with expo coming up and being that I should have a box from my new AC/DC coming soon to put it in if neccessary. It has very little use and has 97 balls thru it since the last code update. Goodie bag still stapled inside and I am the original owner. The photobucket pics will show it to be just like new. It has no surprises, chips, scratches or wear and is equipped with the video game mod, lighted Flynn's sign, Orange Hemi's arcade scoop mod, Cliffy scoop and switch lane protectors since new, chrome mirror blades, lighted recognizer mod, ramp protectors, recognizer drop target bank decal, blue LED under cabinet lighting, white rubbers, and some Cointaker warm retro LEDs in the GI lighting. It comes with the Hallmark lightcycles but they are not yet installed.
Pictures here http://s984.photobucket.com/user/formulaf302/library/

Price is $10,500 and pickup is preferred. I am about 35 minutes east from the Michigan Pinball Expo. I can deliver to a shipper if need be, but will have to wait for my AC/DC to come in for the box (it was supposed to be here from the last run) unless the buyer wants me to just shrink and cardboard wrap it. I can also drive a hundred miles or so to meet if that would help. Any payment would have to clear first so a personal check is as good as a cashier's check after a paypal deposit. Cash on pickup would be preferred.

I guess its been awhile since I've played it. I just went downstairs and played a game. The shaker is working perfect and I even put a new high score on it. I can now say that the game is perfect!

Quoted from playernumber4:

I can now say that the game is perfect!

Especially after Lyman's recent code update!

Good luck with the sale.

#4 11 years ago

I still have not played this. GLWS

#5 11 years ago

Wow. Now my hamster is rolling. I did not planned buying a pin so soon.

Let just say : wish I was closer !!!!

Now if you reply you will ship it in person i'm in deep trouble

Good luck with the sell, it looks amazing

#6 11 years ago

Ha!!! If I shipped in person I would spend all the money in your strip bars before I got out of the province. I've heard the scenary up there is "pretty good" to go along with the cold beer!

#7 11 years ago
Quoted from rommy:

And you have a top notch lineup Rommy. I'd say any top notch lineup like yours deserves to have a Tron LE in it.

#8 11 years ago

Great game. Good luck with the sale.

#9 11 years ago

Buy with confidence. The game is perfect, and the seller is trustworthy.

#10 11 years ago

You should List this Tron LE on Mr Pinball Classifieds ,, They will use Yr Sale Price as a figure of Tron LE 's value for 2014 ( If you sell it ).. IM would be Listed Higher if Owner's would Ever sell their's ..

#11 11 years ago

Why is there only one coin slot? I haven't kept up with the LE, so pardon my ignorance.

It takes gold coins

#13 11 years ago
Quoted from Magic_Mike:

Because no one would put Tron LE on route. Except for Tim Arnold.

Because that's what Stern decided to do. It was short lived.

Quoted from kwiKimart:

But all of the LE's since Tron have had two coin slots.

#15 11 years ago

So silly this has not sold yet. Come on people were talkin Tron LE here hurry up with "pm sent" you know you want to.

#16 11 years ago

Aw what the heck PM sent

#17 11 years ago

#18 11 years ago
Quoted from Concretehardt:

It sort of funny that I knew this would push you over the edge. I know my own kind.

I will be awaiting my commission check. Seriously worth it and holding there value nicely you can"t lose.

#19 11 years ago

Too much $$$$$ for me.

#20 11 years ago

Good luck Concretehardt

and GLWS OP

#21 11 years ago

Thanks. It will be going to Mr. Pinball as soon as I get some things done here. I just figured I'd give pinsiders the first shot.

#22 11 years ago

Ah yes, the father looking to buy it "for his children". Haha! Good luck to you. Great game and this one has some nice mods.

#25 11 years ago

This is the only stern I would ever pay this much for. Worth it IMO.

Good luck with sale

I am curious the pics show a drink holder on the side i have never used one of these
(i usually try to hydrate before i play)
How does the drink holder attatch it almost looks like its screwed into the side of the cab?
Sorry probably a dumb question

#28 11 years ago

Was asked before, I thought the same thing. Uses the leg bolts to attach a bracket.

Correct. It's a pin-gulp. Look it up.

#31 11 years ago

Ok thanks for the link... Thats pretty slick
Do they make something that you can hang a leak into while your playing?

#32 11 years ago

Sure....an old piece of garden hose, a bucket and some duct tape!

I have the pin-gulps on all my machines, but I put a couple layers of black electrical tape on the back before bolting them thru the legbolts to avoid scratching the legs. Pin gulp not included in the sale by the way

#33 11 years ago

And I though I like beer

I'm out

#35 11 years ago

Me too, just counted myself out without the pin gulp...I like beer too much

Note to self... When I decide to sell my Tron:LE, include a Pin Gulp.

On both sides Jar!....its worth every penny and a deal breaker!

#38 11 years ago

Holy beer cans! Looks like I will have to throw it in with the game and buy me a new one. Terri included some plastic glasses with "Pinballife" on them when he started making them. They really are among the best out there, but you do need to be careful that someone with too much beer in them does not bang into the side your game real hard. They have two smaller nuts/bolts on the backside that could put a bite mark in your cabinet.
I keep saying I will glue some type of protector on those two smaller mounting nuts for it and never get around to doing it. Thanks for reminding me.

#39 11 years ago

Two pin gulps and a case of beer and you might have a deal!

#40 11 years ago

Can't do it. The case of beer won't fit inside the cab to ship.

Oh heck yeah!....if you ship it Navl shrink wrap it to the top!

Talk like that after you see my score on Doodlebug from last league night !!!!! Wish you had been on it with me so I could have bet a beer.

And yea...WOZ might lose its spot to Star Trek. Star Trek will probably get her first anyhow and might even have more complete code. I can still come over to your place and wear out your Tron LE since I have my own Elvis now.
