A friend of mine has an excellent condition Data East Time Machine for sale. I have seen it and played it and it's pretty much as good as it gets if you're looking for this title. Here are the crucial details:

Game is fully working & shopped. Partially LED'ed. Both flippers were completely rebuilt with Data East kits. Only flaw I could see was a hairline crack on the entrance to the Starwarp ramp. Check out the pics and judge for yourself.
