Selling already? Didn't you just spend a lot of time on this machine putting it back together? Was it not to your liking? I kind of feel like that with mine. I waited so long to get one, loved playing it at shows, but when I got it home, I couldn't get into it. I find myself playing it the least unfortunately.
try adjusting the settings to your liking or choosing a different "start" option with the flippers/new ball to re-new interest

What! How can you speak such blasphemy?
That powder coat is certainly different. I'm always cautious to do mods like that just in case I decide to move it later, I hate losing money on mods!
Awesome job on that playfield, for the price you're asking that's a great deal.
Quoted from davewtf:how did you clear that, Tat? Varathane in a can or did you use an automotive clear and a gun? How many coats?
Auto clear with a spray gun at my auto shop. Dupont chromo 7600 clear. 4 coats .sanding between all coats.

Whew. If he said yes to this, the value would have dropped significantly!
A spray gun with auto clear sounds just a tad better.

Ummmm, huh? Value would have dropped if varathaned? I am guessing you are joking?
Bump for your sale Tatman...

Why would you think he was joking? Isn't a quality auto clear a lot better than Varathane?

A quality auto clear is more durable than varathane, but the "value dropping significantly" seems like a silly statement. You may see a difference of about $100-300 for a PF finished in auto clear as opposed to varathane, but I am not sure I would qualify that as significant.

I'd say up to $500 difference, and yes, I would call that significant. I'm not just talking about auto clear vs varathane either, but being sprayed with a gun vs can. I'd be much more willing to pay more for a nice pf with an auto clear properly applied than one that had varathane applied by can. There really isn't much comparison between the two in my opinion.
