How's it install? Just adhesive film that you slap on the side of the cab where a blade would normally fit?

Wondering if 1 pink and 1 lime green wouldn't look awesome on Rollergames. Will have to get my wife to look at this thread.

    #7 11 years ago

    That is bad arse!!

Install with some scotch transparent double sided tape. I don't have WMS dimensions so can only cut it to fit Sterns at the moment.

Takes literally 5 minutes to install and doesn't show scratches nearly as bad from lifting the PF like mirror blades do

    It is .010" thick

    Well crap.

    What shade is the blue?

    #11 11 years ago

Very good application of the gold on POTC.

I'd like to see pics of the other colors. Wonder what purple or pink would look like on something like CV?!

I would be interested in seeing the shades of solid colors. Looking for something to cover up my horribly repainted funhouse sides. If I liked a solid, I would take one of those and the illusion blue for pirates that looks badass!)

My first house, that I bought from an 80 year old lady, had that gold Illusions stuff lining all of the kitchen cabinets.

Seeing it here brings back the full horror - I'm not having that crap anywhere near me, especially my pins!

    sounds frightful

My girlfriend would like a few of those colors as a wall treatment if given the opportunity. She loves the textured look on walls, and bright colors.

Good idea btw, affordable and cool. After my last set of mirrored blades, I said never again. Too easy to scratch, might have to give this a shot.

    #22 11 years ago

I'd much prefer mirror blades over these IMHO.

    #23 11 years ago

FRAG that pink and green would be AWESOME on Rollergames! =(

Depends on the game. I honestly think the waves look awesome for POTC where Mirror blades look meh on it. Tron mirror blades look killer. All depends. Nice to see some variety.

Gold mirror blades on potc look really great.

Those blues could look really awesome on Avengers LE, if they're even close to the powdercoat.
