I bought a SOF about 7 years ago and the guy gave these to me at the time. Never used them, still in original mailing envelope.
Looks like they came from "Classic Arcades Inc".

Wanted to add that I'm open to all offers. I don't even have a SOF any more(though wouldn't mind having it again!), so no need for these.
