Guys,
I am posting this for a friend; sorry about the price but it is what it is; I did not set the price.

Sorry guys; if you are truly interested in the game LMK and I will try and get some better pictures this weekend. I have never had an unhappy person buy a machine from me; I always try to go above and beyond for aomeone buying a machine from me. Like I said too this is for a friend and if you are truly interested in the machine; then I would suggest stopping by my buddys and checking it out.
99% the people bitching don't have near the cash to buy it, really, if you have 25k for the machine, I'm sure you've already contacted him privately.

Its pretty sure its not about the 25k . Its about perceived value. Would you go buy gold at 6k an ounce when its selling for around 1300.
Just my opinion......but WTF do I know.
Quoted from wdpvideo:I am going to have to teach you how to use a camera. I have seen this machine in person and its much nicer than your photo's give it credit for.
Quoted from PEN:With a potential 20K profit maybe he can pay you to teach him?
Ba da bing!
Quoted from TheLaw:Look, you can either have them blurry, or not blurry but have the glass on with reflections, or upside down; those are the choices these days. But just listen to anyone...camera phones look just as good as real cameras
No kidding.
What I have a hard time understanding is how in the world someone can look at the picture on their computer and see how terribly blurry it is and say to themselves "hey, this picture is a little blurry but it's still good enough to sell this pin that I want $25k for".
It's one thing to take a bad, blurry picture. It's quite another to actually post it for everyone to see.

I have 25K from my signing bonus but I'm not contacting him..........so I think you're wrong
The right Rush/pinball fan at the right time of night having the right number of adult beverages in their system and there is profit to be made here.
Quoted from movingpictures:Dave Astill, the gent who made the two custom RUSH pins, sold one of them last year for between 5 and 6 k.
25k eh ...
Pinflation baby!
Quoted from Guinnesstime:FYI, if you choose not to buy, you still have made a choice.
I spewed my adult beverage all over my laptop when I read this one! Very nice!
I don't think Neil's drum kit is represented well enough on the PF.
Seriously, awesome pin and an awesome theme! One of my favorite bands. I quickly was disappointed when I searched IPDB to see how many were made and it wasn't there!
GLWS!

Quoted from KeithinMI:You've got me beat, I've only seen Rush 17 times. Yes 19 times in every incarnation of them including the most current (however Yes w/o Jon Anderson is not Yes, but that's probably way o/t)
You are both lightweights, 79 and counting.
Quoted from Oiler2112:You are both lightweights, 79 and counting.
Quoted from karmalord:Obsessed much?
Sorry.

I believe you !! But get your bubby to make a YouTube video of such a rare machine. Share with all the pinheads of the world. I what to see it in action . Please ............................................. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I played this machine and it's in mint condition all-around, with a unique customized playfield including upper mini-playfields. The best feature about this pin is the standout Rush music. I enjoyed playing and listening to it. It was definitely very cool!
I believe it was originally made in Canada for one of the three Rush band members who decided to pass it on.

If you don't value it at 25k then you don't buy it, simple. Not sure why it's such a 'controversy'....just don't f'ing buy it then. The market will determine the value eventually.

Are you bitching about $hit? If not, then you're fine...if so, then just figure out what you'll spend your 'signing bonus' on otherwise.

I wont.....No controversy ,And your right the market will determine the value !
And BTW . I am very close friends to the seller and the owner of this game. .... That being said, I not a yes person that has to agree just to just for the sake of agreeing.
I think this pin is awesome! That said its not worth much at all to me. It is however worth a lot to that collector that wants rare games. There are a few select that could possibly value this game at a huge price. If its 1 of only 2 then someone out there will pay a ransom for it. Its rare and collectable. To each his own. Good luck with your sale!
Quoted from karmalord:Excessive compulsive much?
shouldn't that read: excessive compulsive mulch? that would be the need to every year, put down 10 yards of mulch when you only need 3 yards and only need to do it every two years.....
I've been seeing Rush since 1977 or 1978. Do that math -- that's 36 years of opportunity to see them, which equates to less than once very two years. Subtracting the years they didn't tour it might average to once per year or so.
Quoted from chadderack:If you put the camera in a tub of water with transparent sides, you might get some clearer images
I've heard if you put the camera in the microwave for 6 minutes on high power after you've taken the pictures, it clears them right up...

He may have been referring to my 79 times and counting. I started around the same time, with Hemispheres. I was lucky enough to live in the Los Angeles area at the time, and for many years they would play multiple dates at several arenas, all within 100 miles of me, so I could see them 6 or 7 times on the same tour. Obsessed? No, I just enjoy watching what I consider the best band and marvel at Neil Peart's drumming.
I wonder if Gary is reading this thread and taking notes... Anyone else saving up for the 41st anniversary tour?

I'm just jealous,I only saw them 4 times, and that's not much as I am a huge Peart fan and have been since 2112 .
Back then I realized just how cool drums could be after listening to the Beatles every day. lol

I saw them on the Hemispheres tour as well. We went to the small gig out in San Benardino when they played with Pat Travers. Can't remember the name of the place though, but it was very small with wood benches for seating. Might have been the Swing auditorium.
Plastics and translite are really washed out when back lit. Overall it looks pretty good. maybe the LED's are too bright and making look bad?
I just got into them last year, when I realized I had heard them practically every day on the school bus 37 years ago.
Saw them twice last year and will at least that many times next year when they tour. I'm an Alex Lifeson fan, man can he play the strings!!

I another Rush pinball game at a recent show.
It didn't look as nice as this game, nor did it have the music library as this one.
Does the backlite have customized lighting?
Quoted from Astill:yes i do , i had both , one went down south. The other is in my basement.
One day when all this virus stuff is over, I hope to visit you and your basement again! It sucks we'll have to cancel our annual trip the Collingwood area.
Quoted from wxforecaster:Spooky?! JJP clearly is the only one who could do this band justice.
Agreed. I just want this to happen so bad!! I wish gnr was a rush
