SENT BACK TO ROTTENDOG AFTER I SENT UNREGULATED 5V THROUGH THE BUSS. ROTTENDOG SAID IT HAS A SHORT AND COULD NOT BE REPAIRED. CONSIDER THIS FOR PARTS ONLY. MFG. DATE IS JULY 2016. PRICE INCLUDES SHIPPING LOWER 48. PM WITH QUESTIONS/INTEREST.

That is a fair assumption. I did not go into detail with them. And BTW there is nothing burned anywhere on the board.
