    Is there enough wire to mount the battery holder to the bottom of the backbox on wpc or stern machines?

    Tayda has them for .26 cents.

    Sorry to ask a simple question. Will they work with any pin? Can I use them on WPC 95s and stern SAM and Whitestar?

    I here ya! I do like the fryes one because it has a standard 9 volt type snap connector on it and they sell a bag of those wired connectors for cheap. And it's in the neighborhood.

    Some games require a diode to be wired in, stern, Sega and data east, for example. Williams are fine as is.

    Yes, they work on any pin, but NVRAM prices are soooooo cheap now, that I never use batteries any more.

    Stern, Sega and DE pins do not require diodes, unless you are referring to the older Sterns from the late 70s/early 80s. Modern Sterns do not charge batteries.
