This is a project non-working Bally Mystic that my customer was having someone else doing a "high end restoration on" and was taken advantage of. It has a new clear coated playfield installed on it , fully chromed armor, custom topper, very nice back glass, solid cabinet, it has Pinscore LED displays and a new Alltek MPU board that I just installed from PBL. I have the original MPU but it was not booting up. He has put LOTS of money into this machine and has decided to sell it as is, in not working (yet) condition

The machine is still NOT WORKING, but has LOTs of potential. If someone wants to take the time it will be a very nice pinball.

Pick up is preferred, but I can ship it if needed.

I am taking offers on it for him.. I did not do the playfield swap or anything else but put a new Alltek MPU (from PBL) in it to get it to boot up and see what the next set it needs. Then the owner (my customer) reached out to me and wants to just sell it as is. He knows he is upside down on it and wants to cut is loss and sell it as is. He knows he got screwed by the restorer"guy" that was working on it and just wanted to be done with it and move on.

Same customer was screwed several times over and over by this restorer "guy" and I'm just picking up the pieces. This restorer "guy" is done doing these "high end restoration" and there's nothing that can be done to fix this mess. So please don't bash this thread and say I'm asking way too much for this machine, I'm doing what my customer asked. It's sucks that people are rude to me as I did not do this.

Imagine how my customer feels when he tells me he A LOT more money into this Mystic and he will be luck to get a fraction of it back. He trusted this restorer "guy" and got screwed. Here is what I am dealing with in my shop see picture below. Not all of these machines are from the restorer "guy" but most of them are. I'm trying to do business as normal to customize Pinball Refinery machines for others. I took on this mess for my customer because it's the right thing to do... help out others instead of screwing them over.

Thank you for the kind words and your post, we have talked and done business on a lot of machines over the years and I have always been honest.

If I told you the amount of money he paid / has into the Indiana Jones and the STTNG you would say I'm lying. All I can say is what a mess this restorer"guy" did screwing newer guys in this hobby...

Lowered my price quite a bit per my customer's request this morning from $5000.00 obo to $3500.00 obo. He is very upset about this machine and just wants to be sold. Again I am not setting the prices, my customer is.

Thank you, I appreciate your apology .... Yes, my customer got royally screwed and there was more machines than these 2 that I have listed.

I will be listing the STTNG machine soon, I did a new cabinet swap over to with new rad cals. I have to match up the powder coating and install new side rails on it, because they were dented and then play it to make sure it's working as it should. Again he over paid for the work/restore that was done to it and wants to move on. That machine will be listed later/soon in a different ad on Pinside.

I removed the apron and it's a new playfield, looks like new plastic and new targets.
