A friend of mine bought two of these and gave me one. By the time I got my hands on it it was too late to return it and my friend doesn't want it back. The colors are nothing like the pics on E-bay and are so washed out and bad, that I am keeping my original near 60 year old glass in the machine as it still looks much better.

Maybe somebody can use it as wall art, but it won't be me and I don't need or want it around anymore.

If somebody wants to use it as a replacement in a game, that's up to you. The repro is the one on the left. The original is the one still in the machine.

You have up sold it a little to much for my tastes

I try to be honest when I describe an item I am selling.

BUT BUT ITS LICENSED! Rick signed off on it and everything?!?!?

I wanted to make sure I disclosed that, because I didn't want any trouble for trying to sell something they didn't license.

One other thing to disclose. It's not real glass. It was done on plexi or acrylic or something like that.

Quoted from CrazyLevi:

I don't see why you bought it in the first place your original looks fine. And I'd always prefer an original even with a little wear.

I didn't buy it, a friend did. I actually told him not to, but he just does these things. And then one day it arrived at my house. If and when it sells, I will give him whatever I get for it.

I was hoping to get a real silkscreened repro done by one of the experts, but that may never happen.

My original isn't that bad, but one color in particular- a reddish orange that would be on the 1 and 5 rockets and some of the numbers around the edge are pretty washed out. Still looks better than this one. Just look at the light blue background and the greens.

If it had looked even close to the pic on e-bay, I may have installed it, and been very happy with it.

Here's the ebay photo. Nice and shiny!

Doesn't Shay have Rocket for sale now?

It's on the website, but sold out long ago. Not sure he will ever do another run. Don't know anybody that got one from the first run either.

But I know at least two people that would buy one right now.

I will take Blue Chip stamps in partial trade for this item.

Bump!

#21 7 years ago

Si. But I would like to match my machine with a light blue backglass. As close as possible to the original. If not, I'll just let the old one age with the machine and I can live with that. In fact I've resolved to that. Somebody out there must need this repro. Price break coming soon.

#24 7 years ago

It isn't even accurate to the pics they are using to sell it.

Price drop!

$75 and two full books of Blue Chip stamps.

#26 7 years ago

I'll wrap it in Saran Wrap if you like.

#29 7 years ago

The repro being sold here is the actual item I received.

#31 7 years ago

Still available.

This item is now in the hands of it's proud new owner and he said he's going to hang it on his wall. Congrats!
