Just because some whacko billion bought one for 30k doesn't mean yours all of a sudden has buyers lined up out the door to give you $37,500.00. You have to get LUCKY to find that type of buyer.

which btw - this games sells 30 all day. Seller is a good guy - market is great right now so he's shooting for the moon. Sure. why not.
