People are just going off what Jack and volunteer Alex have posted in the past. IMHO

Jack and Bene may have a history, I do not know. But Bene is stepping up with a 90 day warranty, it is Jack who is stepping down with no warranty, in this situation.
Don't know either man, thought it was about the warranty, is all. If Bene does not back up what he has posted, it will come out eventually.
Will Bene be able to get all parts, if needed?
