Tron LE is a really good pin but come on. $9000?
And TZ(a better pin) straight up...assuming nice condition....yes.

#12 4 years ago

Best of luck with sale skooter.

That's just the current market for NIB TRON LEs.

It is what it is.

Remember how few 400 of something really is (worldwide).

Or just 200 here.

#14 4 years ago

Agree with you NM, it's not that far fetched at all. I am willing to wager $5.00 with a fellow pinsider, I say this sells for $8,400 or higher.

Anyone want to make this bet for 5 bucks or a beer?

#15 4 years ago

He will get $9K for a NIB TRON LE.

TZ is a better pin than BBB, too. Is that also a fair trade? Terrible argument.

#17 4 years ago

gambit i just want to bet with someone, why couldnt you just take the other side on this one...

#18 4 years ago

He'll easily get 9k for NIB.

HUO ones are going for 8k+

#19 4 years ago

Well, it's available for 9k, any takers, better hurry!

Would you trade your NIB Tron LE for a HUO Tron LE with a lower number? Just hypothetical, I don't have one!

1 day in and nobody wants to pony up the cash on this deal?

8400 and then flip for 10k in a few months At the rate of pin inflation, why not.....

#38 4 years ago

Wow. I had no idea these went up so much in value. I don't recall any other Stern doing that.

This was the first individually numbered and truly "limited edition" pin Stern did.... Maybe that's why?

12 MONTHS INTO THE FUTURE........

speaking of tron le's and all, if you guys had a crystal ball where do you think tronle's value will be in the next 12 months??

i guess the MAIN QUESTION will be will stern be producing just PROS or a few more LES or maybe a PREMIUM edition that includes a little bit of both worlds??

if and when they can get spin masters to produce more of those craptastic die cast toys is also a big question

good luck on the sale scooter!!

#42 4 years ago

Good lord. We need a stickied announcement. Stern is making a very limited, very few TRON Pro machines late this month or next, then they are done with TRON forever. No LEs will ever be produced again. No Premium is in the works. No more Pros. The parts are gone. The toys are no longer produced. Stern couldn't produce more if they wanted to, which they absolutely want to - they are oversold on the next run, as it is.

Yes!!! This needs to be posted on the main page of the forums in bold blinking text for all to see.

Not just the toys too.. Other parts as well. 90-95% sure Stern will never turn out another Tron after this last production

#45 4 years ago

Okay I give, I'll sell mine for $8,999.99... (<---Kidding!)

#46 4 years ago

TRON is Stern's Cactus Canyon. Way too few made to satisfy demand, and lacking code. But still in high demand. If Lyman gets to that code, it will solve one of those issues.

Maybe you're forgetting prior limited editions as LOTR LE, Spiderman Black, and Avatar LE?

#48 4 years ago

I think he meant that it was actually numbered (stamped) directly onto the plaque Baiter. Not just a generic "___ Game Limited Edition" plaque.
