Quoted from too-many-pins:I have always found selling backglasses tough. When you have one for sale it is tough to get more than $50 to $100 for it but if you are looking for one prices always seem to be $200 to $300 on them if they are nice.
I would bet I have sold 50 or more backglasses over the years and I don't think I have ever gotten more than $75 or $80 out of one. Price really just depends on how bad you want to sell it and how bad someone wants it.
My guess would be $50 to $75 unless you find someone who has been looking for one for a while. With Mr & Mrs Pac-Man being a machine that typically sells in the $600 to $750 range I wouldn't expect much over $100 for the backglass even if someone needs it.
Exactly. I'm restoring one for a friend, and while his backglass isn't perfect, I already have half of the cost of the game in new parts. Adding on $100 for a backglass... to him it's not worth it. I would consider it at $50, and be an outright sale at $35.
