Well, here it is. I am officially putting my Medieval Madness up for sale. I have owned this machine for about 13 years. When I bought it 13 years ago it had everything taken off the top and bottom of the play field cleaned and replaced. About 6 years ago I had the playfield restored & clearcoated by Bill Davis. Playfield did not need a lot of touch up. Basically at the merlin scoop and inlanes. At that time everything was again removed from the playfield and cleaned where necessary and replaced. Merlin scoop has a cliffy protector. Finally, about 3 years ago it had a light shop job where ramps were taken off and playfield cleaned and waxed by the guy I initially bought it from.

Game plays perfect!! Playfield is nice and smooth (see pictures!!) Ramps are in great shape with no cracks. Boards are original with no hacks. Castle works perfect and the castle has a little detail oriented paint job (see pics).

The cabinet is nice and solid but there are some imperfections. There is some very minor wear around the flippers (about the size of a pea). Small area about the size of half a dime on the front of the cabinet at the bottom (decal still there looks like the cabinet got pushed in a little). Right head decal appeared to have something black rub against it. The artwork is still there. Not real noticeable unless looking for it. Last is probably a 5 inch scratch in the decal on the left side of the cabinet. Some of these issues are very small but I want to give as much information as possible, especially for those that can not see it in person.

A new set of decals is included. The apron as been cleared which looks amazing. I have included a link with over 50 pictures. If you would like something specific please let me know. I can ship and I prefer NAVL but if you arrange it I can ship with almost anyone.

I am asking $18,000 OBO. If it does not sale I will not be crushed. If my price is to high, I am sure I will hear about it Which means it will not sell and I am OK with that. Not really interested in trades unless what you have to trade will be fairly easy to sell at a descent price to get me close to the $18000.

Please PM me for my phone number or for additional information.
Thanks
Kyle

Ya, I know it is lengthy but I figured on a $18000 pin more is better. Maybe not

Ya, I know. Other than the flaws mentioned the cabinet is very nice.

Starbase no need to apologize. I see where you are coming from and you have to start somewhere. As pinstor12 mentioned it is OBO. I have had some interest, not alot but it is an expensive pin. Lucky for me I do not have to sell it. I have a price in mind that I am comfortable selling it for. If it sells for that great. If it does not I am OK with that as well.
I think the other way to look at it is for $18,000 you get a very nice MM with decals included to make it collector quality. Is it pricey, absolutely, is it worth it? I guess we will find out.

Thanks for the comments,
Kyle

The only reason it is for sale is I have a opportunity I could use the money for. If the opportunity is gone before I sell the game, the game will no longer be for sale.

Wes, I am surprised to see the prices you are talking about. I remember about 8 years ago I had someone offer me $10k for my MM and I turned them down (This is before the clearcoat). If this opportunity passes by and someone offers me $18k for it tomorrow I would tell them no. In the 13 years I have had the game it has NEVER been up for sale. If it does not sell this time I will probably send it to Jim McCune and have him redecal it for me.
