Quoted from mickthepin:

This is an absolute beauty. I know I have already said Glws but just to let you know don't sell it for a penny less. I won't be poor forever and when I have the money I am coming for you pal with a shipping container

hopefully our dollar by that time wont be worth a measly .50usdlrs

it goin down faster than a ........(insert expletive here)

but yeah beautiful pin, love to own this baby.

#203 9 years ago

With all the press I can't believe this hasn't sold yet!

It's just about timing. MM's are tough to move right now due to the new ones coming out. I think many are waiting to see if there are any new features going to be added.

#205 9 years ago

Very nice, hands down always one of my top favorite games.

You're right. There are also tons of beautiful violins out there, too. But only a few can be called a Stradivarius.

Actually there have been a few double blinded studies comparing a multiple 300 year old Stradavarius violins to modern violins made within a month of the test. Uniformly the professional violinists liked the sound of the newer violins better than the 300 year old ones. That being said collectors and violinist purchase a Strads for other reasons than sound quality.

I buy a pin to play it pure and simple. The collectability part is just secondary to me.

And this collectable pin plays like gangbusters. An "incredible light show".

And your's has gold trim that looks like gold trim. It is a wonderful looking MM.

I have a player's version and I'm happy with that. If I had yours there are a few of my more "sticky" looking friends who I would convince they would have more fun in the system-11 section

#210 9 years ago

yep. the trim on this MM is amazing. that was my hope for MMR gold.

#211 9 years ago

Well, it was a fun week with lots of emails and offers. Unfortunately just not one I could live with. Now wasn't apparently the time for a sale. Best of luck to all the new MMr owners!

Don't throw on the towel. Some, like me, are figuring out how to get the cash. Might have to divert it from other projects.

You guys have went full nerd....actually I'm going to say "turbo nerd".

Funniest thing I have read on a pinball forum in a long time. Thanks for the laugh!

No quite the same. I really hate the gold trim on MMr.

Oh I never throw in the towel. Just hang it over the shoulder.
