An HUO LOTR in the Northeast/NY Metro area will sell fast in the $5,200 range. That seems to be the going rate.

This one which sounds to be lightly routed, and with the flipper button wear I'd say is good for $4,200-4,400.

Funny, I purchased my Funhouse out in Westhampton back in 2008. I drove early AM on a weekend to get it ... It was actually a nice drive.
