I have for sale a SpinBall Jolly Park with less than 4800 plays total. It is in spectacular shape, ready-to-play, super clean machine.
This is a very interesting game with lots of neat features. It is guaranteed to make your collection more unique. I know that a lot of people think this game is over rated because of its rarity, most estimates are at about 400 made and very few of those are in the USA, so that is an understandable complaint but then again most people who say they don't like the game are often those who dismiss it after one or two games without even bothering to discover the rules.
The fact is the game is unique and has many special and smart features and rules that make game play unlike many typical American games and it is unfair to base opinions on it by comparing it to something it isn't trying to be. Yea, it has a different feel on account of its flippers (which in my opinion feel like the flippers on Jersey Jack's Wizard of Oz) and its playfield surface which is entirely made of Lexan or some other plastic. Because of this playfield surface it looks like new and is impervious to ball swirls, scratching, or damage from cleaning.
This game has magnet flippers and multiple ways to lock balls for multiball. It has the coolest pop bumpers with bumper cars that move and light up with each pop. The molded parts like the haunted house, bumper cars and shooting gallery are not actually plastic, they are rubber and can be completely crushed and squeezed and will pop back to their original shape. In short this game is made to last and can take more abuse than pretty much any other machine I have run into and still look new.
My game has very low plays at less than 300 per year since its manufacture in 1996. The boards are not hacked, damaged, heat worn or burned in anyway. I have not had to work on these but I imagine it wouldn't be too much more difficult for anyone with a good understanding of solid state pinball theory and design. I have included some pictures but I am happy to provide more or answer any questions.
The only problem with mine is that 3 of the 4 drop targets are cracked. These are very similar in design to drop targets that Bally was using at the time but I am not sure if they are compatible or not. I am tempted to pull apart my Judge Dredd drop targets to compare. The cracked portion is at the bottom of the targets and prevents two of them from resetting every time. It doesnt affect game play too much as they are simply counted as already dropped and it immediately scores 500,000 points each at the start of your ball. Still, it is a bit annoying and you should be aware of it. The last photo is of the broken part.
Asking $5,500 but am open to offers.
