THE engineering proto--red boards, even, a whitewood with B&W art, came to me in a beater cab, so I had cab restored and redecaled with NEW, non-Keanu custom decals and full-on Chestnut chrome--even the coin door. Also has signed translite, topper from PDI, gorgeous, rare piece. $4500 or trade for something interesting. ST pro considered.

Posting this thread without pics is criminal, you know that right?

#14 10 years ago

Looks nice! GLWS.. Never did ask but how's my old Firepower doing?

#15 10 years ago

Old FP is hanging in there. She plays like a champ.

#17 10 years ago

Very cool to see that proto model. I really enjoy my JM... if you're in the market for one and want something unique, go for it!

I really don't think your price is outrageous at all, but this is the kind of thing you don't really buy to play, it's kind of a pure collector's move IMHO. Those kinds of deals are harder to make, you gotta find the right person.

Would trade toward a ST pro

#20 10 years ago

I absolutely love it, and I'm in the market for a JM, but I would feel bad playing it!

The black and white play field is just perfect for this art style though. Sin City-esque indeed! If I had more disposable funds I would buy this and a second beater JM to play!

Nice, so where is she placed in your line up? Pics?

#23 10 years ago

Look up? I don't see it in the pics..

He was talking about the Firepower, I think...

#26 10 years ago

Geez, and here I thought that was a really faded playfield

Great looking machine. GLWTS! Cool piece indeed!

Aha. FP is on the other side--between Soccer Kings and Big Game.

Must sell SOMETHING

Very unique and cool! Very tempting it is.

I hate to say it, Greg, but this might be one of those cases where you probably should have restored it back to original. I think you'd have an easier time getting your money for it.

There's nothing wrong with "pimping" your game out. I mean, it's your game after all. But I feel it limits your market when it comes time to sell.

Personally, I don't think $4500 is a bad price at all for a game of this quality.

B, that'd be easy--just take a beater cab with faded decals and drop the pf back in. That's a $250 mod and you'll have $1000 worth of Chestnut chrome to use elsewhere or sell.

LOL Sure thing, Greg. I'll get that all done this afternoon.

Greg has good intentions, but I don't think he realizes that some of us are on a budget. That being said, I don't think you will ever find anyone with a nicer collection of games than him and there will always be someone in the market for the games he pimps.

I would be all over that thing if I didn't have one already. Looks awesome!
