All original (except balls, flipper rubbers, a few bulbs, and last month I had the ball in hand switch wiring harness replaced by Ray @ Action Pinball www.actionpinball.com)
I believe the manila envelope on the bottom of the cab includes the manual, spare plastics, and original goodie bag, with spare fuses, bulbs etc...

The only issues that are worth mentioning:
1. one of the coin return flaps on the coin door is missing.
2. there is a chip on the right side head (bottom left of the head, see picture). Black Sharpie and you probably wouldn't even know the difference.
