Whats wrong with paying $5900 for a HUO AC/DC premium with extremely low plays in the Metro Detroit Area (this area is a pinball mecca and is close drive for other hot bed area's like Ohio, etc)???
Seriously.... can you buy a NIB in the metro detroit area for $5900????
I didnt think so. Can you buy another HUO quality AC/DC from a reputable seller in the Metro Detroit area for $5900?
So, Why would it matter to someone over here that you had trouble getting $5500 for yours in Washington DC??? can I run out and test play your game from here, how much for shipping? what if it gets damaged when shipped? What if you missed something on your game-- damage or what not and didnt know it....?? Are AC/DC's just growing on tree's and the market is saturated with them??
If I just go and buy a NIB and pay a few hundred more, and then pay for shipping, Can you still predict what the exact shape your going to get your NIB game in????
Nope, I have had NIB games delivered with damage straight from the factory, especially the small dings, scuffs, etc...
There are some huge advantages for buying local, some times you have to really evaluate hassles, risk, and really examine what the cost savings really is....
At least with Robs, you can go check it out, and play it. If you like it-- you can buy it (right there and then); Robs a good guy.... which usually means if you are also a cool person and easy to deal with; he might be willing to knock some cash off or throw in some other stuff or at the very least Rob turns his collection over almost every other day and the deal may also work towards good will on your next purchase or trade with him.
Geeesh, metro detroit is a hot bed for selling pins, personally Rob should just throw it up on craigslist and I am will ing to bet he will get his $5900.
