a nice example of a gottlieb 4 square... $900... located in collingswood, nj (across the river from philadelphia)... 1's reel could use to be rebuilt, i have the spring kit from pbr, just haven't gotten around to it... everything works and is strong, plug and play...

edit: 1's reel is now rebuilt...

cash preferred, but will take paypal if you eat the fees... pickup preferred, but will ship via navl or the like if you set it up and assume the shipping risks...

pics in following posts...

thanks for looking...

That looks super clean on the inside. GLWS

#16 10 years ago

thanks... yea, it is, but i can't take credit for that... it was vic's game; i think you could eat off the inside of anything he has had his hands on, judging from pics he has posted on ipdb of his various machines...

as long as payment/trade is worked out in advance, i can bring this to the york show for a buyer, if needed...

thanks... i may end up regretting selling it, but i really should clear some space... with any kind of luck the magic city should be done within a month, and i'm hoping that a "light up the 1" project will be showing up sooner or later...

I'm sure a weekend would work better for you, but I will let you know either way. Vic is pretty easy with new players...

Oh shit... I think I was probably heading out at that point... I find myself playing the pins alone when Vic is showing off the Bingos...

#41 10 years ago

bump... fwiw, i also have a royal guard that is sorta/kinda for sale (although that one has a few mechanical issues)... if someone wants both, i'd be willing to make them a REAL good deal...

#42 10 years ago

Funny... I was just texting back and forth with Vic Camp about his old pin...

#43 10 years ago

^^^

lol... i hope you told him that it is in good hands (at least for now)...

#44 10 years ago

Texting about the Top Cards they both acquired recently, seems to be a popular pin lately for sale on e-bay or cl.

#45 10 years ago

Maybe you need a better sales approach like this sales course 101.

I did... He said he missed it. Like alot of us, he can only fit so many machines into his space. Although he has more than most... Haha

Or, you could try the following sales strategy. I'm sure finding a couple younguns with a similar level of enthusiasm for pinball wouldn't be difficult at all.

yea, what is it about top cards lately? this is almost like the abra-ca-dabra binge that happened a few months ago?

yea, judging from the pics, vic has just a TAD more room than i do...

LOL! sooner or later i'm just gonna put them up on the bay... really don't want to deal with flaky buyers though...

#49 10 years ago

I hear you on that but they are also on Cl too. Ask my brother about the prior pin before the Top Card pin purchase.

#50 10 years ago

yea, i hear you on the cl buyers... i've had my share of "fun" with those in my previous obsession...
