Game has been sold, thanks.

Monster Bash that has been recently restored, with original playfield. Willing to travel a bit to meet up or possibly deliver. Located in Burton/Davison Michigan area. Thanks!

Overall Details:

Next Gen V2 Decals installed.
Brand new chrome legs/feet with clear pincab protectors.
Brand new coin door.
All brand new premium glossy balls, flipper bats, start/launch/side buttons.
Playfield glass is in excellent condition overall.
75% LEDs installed throughout the playfield, looking awesome. All lights work great.
No broken or missing plastics.
Drac track bracket installed.
Speakers work great, no issues.
Up to date with the latest 1.06 rom installed.
All new rubber, upper playfield stripped, cleaned and waxed.
Underside and inside the cabinet have been cleaned up as well, all insert lights thoroughly cleaned.
Any issues/errors have been fixed 100%, all bad lights/switches replaced. No issues.
Scoop has been replaced with a nicer newer one.
Mosh Pit / Drac track area have been repaired with a cliffy and overlay.
DMD had a few traces repaired, but it's nice and bright and works great.
Operations manual included.
New tech chart installed.

The entire machine has been cleaned well from head to toe and looks great all around.

Things to note:

There are a couple of minor imperfections with the cabinet that might not show up in the pictures, but nothing major. I just want to make sure the potential buyer is fully informed of any little issue I can think of.

Original playfield has had several touch ups and a few overlays put over some areas that had been previously worn down a bit (mainly scoop/drac track area overlays). It is still in really nice shape overall though. Siderails are in decent shape. Again, please see the pics.

Our camera is on the fritz, I apologize for the line down the middle of some of the pics. Please give me a shout if you have any questions. Thanks for checking out the pin.

Lots of pics:

Thank you. Sorry we couldn't get something worked out originally with a trade. I appreciate the offer though. I'd have you come over and play it, but the next person to play it will be the potential buyer. I want to make sure that they get it in the exact same condition shown in the pictures, so I won't even be playing it myself. 10 games on it since it was shopped out in order to make sure everything was working properly. Next time I flip it on will be for the buyer. =) 58.jpg58.jpg 37.JPG37.JPG 28.JPG28.JPG

Lol, usually when I play it doesn't take long I am done before I start..

I can't pay that kind of money for a pin, I just refuse to do it even if I have the cash handy, but someone will enjoy a great theme if they don't mind shelling out.

Highly recommend the ColorDMD for this one, it looks awesome!

Thanks for the PMs so far guys. Nothing is solid yet, still up for grabs.

This is a game id like in my house. It's a lot of fun but I only played it in a bar where you couldn't hear it.

Definitely one of the best sounding pins from Williams IMO. Adding a Color DMD and Pro speakers would put it over the top.

Got a few PMs today about trading for other machines. If I were to trade, I'm actually just interested in SS mainly, MM could be worked out. Thanks again everyone.

Thank you for the kind words.

Buyer informed me it will take longer than expected to acquire the funds.

As of right now it's back up for sale.

Just speaking in general, this happens way too often on here. People shouldn't say they are going to buy something unless they are fairly certain they are going to. And judging from how often this happens, that's certainly not the case. Good luck!

It's unfortunate, but it happens.

#18 10 years ago

This is officially back up for sale as of tonight.

I did not document the process, sorry. I didn't mean to skip your question, my apologies. The game plays great and looks great. Basically it was just your standard MB wear that was repaired. Thanks.

Couple more PMs today but still nothing solid.

Rocko, A pic of the scoop with out the cliffy installed would be helpful.
Thanks and GLWS

I can't take the cliffy off just for picture purposes, I'm sorry. This pin is done and ready for a new owner, it's under a thick blanket and it's not even being turned on until the potential buyer plays it or comes to check it out in person. What mattered to me was the final product, and that is what I've taken many pictures of. It would be way too much of a process to remove the cliffy. The cliffy area had some standard MB scoop wear that was repaired with a little wood filler, sanded down properly and then afterwards a nice new cliffy and overlay installed to prevent any future problems. I feel like I've provided enough clear pictures for the potential buyer. Thanks.

Just a small update, I've found and purchased the two broken plastics yesterday at a pinball tourney in town. I've replaced them. No missing or broken plastics now.

No longer requiring SS as a potential trade, a fellow pinsider recently helped me out with one.

If you would like this shipped, I'm willing to cover half of the cost.

If you are interested and you have a pin you might want to throw in, please feel free to PM me. I'm more interested in 90s b/w pins. Mainly just looking to sell the game outright though. Thanks everyone.

Some games I'm interested in possibly:

Phantom
Frontier
TAF
BSD
Bride of Pinbot

#25 10 years ago

Meant to post a video of this game. This is to show that there are no errors and the game plays great as it should. Very hard to record and play with an iphone, but here it is. My video editor flipped the video.

#26 10 years ago

Night bump, also interested in WCS 94 or maybe another horror themed pin.

Let me know what you have. =)

#27 10 years ago

is there any insert edging? how do the decals look under those "protectors"?

#28 10 years ago

Edit: Sold.

#29 10 years ago

Third times a charm?

Reserved once again, payment pending as of today. Thanks everyone.

#30 10 years ago

Congrats. I was contemplating a trade offer but it was foolish, anyhow.
