Data East/Stern - Same company sort of
Games came from factory with holes drilled and the lock bar installed with a zip tie. Been discussed many o times. Here is a pic of the huo SC that I picked up a while back. I took the brackets off this SC and moved them to the inside of the cab using same holes and bolts and I would bet money this is what was done to this NGG.
