Update - this game has been sold.

I've had this beautiful machine for over 23 years, and now it's time for someone else to enjoy it. I bought Cassandra's personal HUO machine a few years back so, as much of an Elvira fanatic that I am, I can't justify having two EATPM machines any longer. This is one of the nicest ALL ORIGINAL games you will ever see.

Here's the history. In 1991, I found an operator who had recently taken this game off route and had put it up for sale. I was just getting into the hobby, and had loved playing the machine since it came out a couple of years earlier. I immediately bought it and brought it home. The playfield was very nice as it had a factory-installed mylar, but the mylar had dulled slightly from play. Being the collector-in-training that I was at the time, I decided to remove the mylar and install a NEW factory mylar. Mind you, this was long before clearcoating was ever commonplace in the pin community.

Luckily, the mylar removal went flawlessy, even without the hair dryer or freeze method that would become known much later on. The removal left most of the adhesive on the playfield, but I was very patient with Goo Gone and was able to uncover the pristine playfield underneath. I bought a new factory mylar from the local distributor, CA Robinson, and carefully reapplied it to the playfield.

Some may question the reapplication of a mylar, but in home use, that mylar has not only protected the playfield from any wear, but it has a beautiful high gloss finish. It looks as good as the day I applied it.

This machine is in fantastic original condition. The only mod being the flipper bats which were replaced with bony flippers ala Scared Stiff. The cabinet is original and does have some wrinkling around the legs. Since the machine was routed, it does have drill holes in the front that have been mostly covered with bolts.

The CPU board was fitted years ago with an NVRAM from the now-defunct Pinball Lizard, so it will never need batteries.

The game has been recently shopped and ALL rubber rings, posts and bumpers have been replaced.

The pictured legs, levelers and bolts are new. I realized after taking the pictures that they are the wrong era legs. I do have the correct era, grey legs for the game. Buyer will have the option of either set.

The original translite has a couple of small pinholes at the top corners, but they aren't really that noticeable in the game.

The original displays are 100% working and bright.

The mounting holes for the coin door insert lights are chipped. Some long screws should be able to mount the lamps which are there. To be honest, I never actually noticed it until taking these pictures otherwise I would have fixed it already. The game was wrapped up before the pictures, and was wrapped up immediately after the pictures.

The game is located in the Los Angeles area. I can ship if required. I'm asking $3900 but am open to offers. I realize there have been recent discussions on price for this machine, but I feel this particular machine is an exceptional example of this game and easily justifies this price for the right buyer.

Yes. Mike "stored" it for a month or two while I shuffled some games around.
