What kind of paints did you use for the repaint?

I did a Six Million Dollar Man a few years ago. Going down to bare wood is the best way to go. Good tip on the Valspar spray paints. I used a foam roller. I was worried about rolling it, but it turned out fine. The stencils were complicated but turned out fine too...
I have a Drop A Card that has names and initials carved all over it.
Haven't decided if I will repaint it yet...
I did very light coats. It took about 5 coats to get the colors right.
I didn't have a problem with bleeding.
Rolling the base color worked out fine, but I would spray the stenciled colors if I had to do it again.
The stencil was a vinyl one that stuck to the cabinet pretty good.
Jeff McAfee made it for me. I requested one and he actually took a game out of storage, took pics of it and had a stencil mailed to me in a couple of weeks.
I had to cut up the 2nd stencil to make it match up (mainly the explosions) with the first but it came out nice. That is one of the more complicated paint schemes of that era so it was understandable.
