There are 4 or 5 really quick ways to determine the general condition of the game. When someone claims HUO (or insinuates in this case) looking at the shooter lane can help determine if that's the case. Alone, IMO, it's meaningless, but along with other factors can help tell the whole story.
As far as people being obsessed with the shooter lane in general which it seems some people are, I have no idea.
