Which bulb? Super bright kit or standard? Is it full kit including flashers? Non Ghosting? Depending on what these are I may be interested

These are the Super bright ones.. Don't know about non ghosting, but is the super bright kit that Cointaker sells for $209:

Just an FYI, batman dark knight is a terrible ghoster and really needs non ghosting in inserts. I had a BDK I bought from someone and it had regular bulbs in and I couldnt even tell what shots I was suppose to shoot at since the ghosting was so bad.
