I'm a newbie to Pinside and just wanted to say thanks to Cybergoonie. I had interest in the machine and asked some newbie type questions in messaging. Ryan was terrific about giving me thorough and thoughtful answers and I appreciated it so much. Being new, you don't always know what you don't know.

Unfortunately, I couldn't get my ducks in a row before the machine was sold, but I wanted to let others know what a good experience it was. Thanks again and congrats on the sale.
