This is a nice game overall,
Game plays great, no playfield wear, strong flippers, clean, nice board set, cabinet looks nice, some scrapes to the head box sides, perfect dmd, keys for the head and coin door as well as the original manual. Drag strip cars works as they should, shaking motor works great, fast game!

Ramps look great, the right route 66 ramp has a chip out of the front left corner (still works perfectly, haven't had an issue with it at all) and the shaking motor needs the latch that holds the ball in there ($2.99 part at marco in stock, just haven't gotten around to ordering it) but the important part is still on the game! - The gate assembly bracket.

Pictures coming shortly,

$2800, cash, carry, Navl shipping....vrooom.
Thanks, James- Princeton, MA 01541

bump- offers considered

That's a fair offer on a pretty fun game. The shipping just kills it for me. Good luck.

FYI for the buyer of this as the ramp he mentions is hard to find. I located a place that has them in stock. Looks to be repo. I don't have one yet (still trying to find a local Corvette at a good price) so don't kill me if the quality is bad but it's better than nothing on a previously unobtainable part.

Is that ramp the only Unobtainium for this game?

That ramp is available on ebay, I just haven't had an issue with it so It hasn't bothered me to replace it.

The real unobtanium part is the bracket that holds the ball in the shaker motor- THAT part is still on the game

Used to be unobtanium . Now a repo is available via the link I posted.

What I would call the only real other unobtanium parts that haven't been mentioned so far would be the LT5 cover and the wires.

With corvette. If those are present and the engine shakes as it should you are in good shape. That engine is said to be a PITA to get working right if it fails. I don't have experience with that so am just speaking of what I've been told.

Still hoping one like this shows up local to me. I want one that is 100% working but could use some cosmetics.

This one shakes like it should everytime, and tests out fine. The ball falls to the lock because the $2.99 flap isn't there, but the coil and spring are there (under the ramp) and the VERY hard to find bracket is there (not sure why it's so hard to find, but it is)

This Vette is looking to cruise to a good home

Such a great game. $2600 is a fair price for this machine. It may not be extremely deep, but this was the era where games were still backyard pool deep - not Olympic pool deep, and with a solid sound system, Corvette is a very good bang for your buck pin. Only bummer are the difficult to find parts (drag strip, engine assembly and cover, ramp). It will definitely be a pin I put in a climate controlled garage with a "full sized" model 71-75 sitting next to it .
