Actually the chrome trim you refer to is similar, but not the same, as it is beveled out much further. For me I wanted the original flat look, and the stuff with the half-moon beveling you are talking about was just not good enough for me.
Besides I am offering this for only $20, which is only a couple of dollars more than someone would pay at the auto store for the trim that is close but not exact, and I am offering it pre-cut and ready to install.
