Wait.. So it sold 2 times? Sold on EBAY? Or sold for $4000. Did you just use ebay as a free selling tool?

No, follow along.... $3600 to the seller for a base model was an anomoly, not the typical selling price. So he put it on Ebay and got 3950, and will be paying Ebay $250 in fees for selling. So the market dictated that an AC/DC with sub and shaker is $3750 to the seller, and $4000 to the buyer....
It sold on ebay
ebay.com link: Stern AC DC Pro Pinball machine
Lmao @ the Pinsider asking about the HUO $3600 Missouri ACDC
Anyway OP & buyer congrats on BOTH of you getting a new toy!
and again the deal is they are getting the shaker motor above and beyond what they bid on and won and I will pocket $4000 from the deal not $3950 minus $250 in fees.
Hey guys... Why did you sell ACDC instead of something else?
I ask because what the hell maybe I will buy one too...
Might get a premium but the dancing band sucks balls. Not too worried about missing the the lower PF or the crossover ramp but I *DO* dig the drops, lighting & bell found on the Premium. Train can be added so that's a wash.
Was it too easy, too hard, too unfinished or not your code style? What gives?
I liked it but want to buy a wizzard of oz. I did not want to sell my Huo Williams Ij. I'll never find another one of those, but acdcs will be showing up Huo years from now if I want to buy another one.

I like TAF, LOTR, BBH & avatar too much to sell. that leaves acdc or TRS as odd man out to make room for STLE. I enjoy acdc enough to pick another one up some day. I'd encourage you to get one!

I own the premium and knowing I could buy the bell mod I would go Pro if I was buying today.

Noiyce!
I think I am going to take your advice.
Ed #1 sold his Pro with a sub & shaker for $4K & Ed #2 sold his without a sub & shaker for $3600 so when subtracting mods they are very close in core price.
If I find a stock HUO for $3500-$3700 after the baby is born I will likely join the ACDC club!
Maybe I will get an even better deal when Stern moves to LCD. No one will want a lowly PRO with a DMD then lol.
I've owned both. Bought PRO first. I had it about 8 months. It had the bell mod, train, ramp stickers, LED's LED OCD board. I sold it to get a Premium, Which I have had about 6 months now.
They are not even close in my book. They do play different. Premium is the better game, the color changing LED's and the bell are the best. They lower PF is not the coolest feature but does put in a different feature, and hopefully in the future will be better.
If you get a pro you will be happy, and someday want a premium, if you get a premium you will not want to get rid of it.
Ohh and for the price whisperer's I sold the ac/dc for $4200, and picked up a NIB premium for $6000.

I believe the Premium is a better game... But your old fully modded HUO Pro would be $2,200.00 less than a NIB Premium at today's pricing
That would pay for over half a MET Pro which is a game I'd like to buy too (if it's ever finished)
ACDC Premium has the diverter, dancing band & Hell area that I can really live without. So for me it's a $2,200 buy in for the drop targets & swinging bell.... Damn money/space!
Tell you what. Sell me your Premium for $5,000
