I dont claim to be a good video producer (one man gang) but this is a great mod for all three version of ACDC.
If you would like to combine with other mods discounts are available or combine with Pinball Life they should have them up on the site shortly. The install is actual time refocus time and testing 8min.

My entire family, even the non pinheads love the look of these bolts. 
I love all my mods but my cannon mod, custom jukebox plastic, and these really make the machine a work of art.
Both styles read to ship and a short run of powder coat "Prem red" will be shot next week just to see how they turn out. Pinballlife will have SS back in stock and Black Smoke in stock this week. Pinballdecals will have Black Smoke in this week.

Took me longer to read through and follow the directions that came with mine than the installation. I love them. They remind me of the old school KISS letters.
When they come out with an updated KISS machine your going to have to make these in that style.

I'm going to continue with the praise for the lightning bolts. I got the black smoke version and they really make the machine complete. I had a problem with mine and HOOKED was super quick getting back to me and making everything 100%. There will always be the occasional problem with any product, but it says everything when a seller stands behind what they sell. If anyone is on the fence about getting a set of these I can't recommend them enough.
I plan on getting these but, I want to see what the red looks like first. I'm thinking that may be a nice fit for Luci.

I was just about to do the same until I found this thread mentioning the red. My shaker can wait until I see this first.
Anyone have these installed yet? I was just contemplating getting the pinbits version til I saw this thread. My concern is the 'blinding factor'. I heard pinbits had the blinding issue but have since corrected it with filters? My knowledge is limited but what I do know is I saw the pinbits version on rare heroes acdc and liked them a lot. I'm a fan of hooked's mods so would like feedback. Thanks!

Few notes;
1. Went by the powder coat guys place and he was covered in green powder....needless to say the red was not ready.
2. I dropped off enough to do 10 sets beyond those that have already placed "orders" or asked for a set to be held.
Quick learning curve note.
The testing:
The bolts are made to flash on and off or pulse, I stress test each bolt for 2min @ 16volts. This is repeated twice- once before and once after final assembly. Sixteen volts direct is something that will never happen during game play unless a flasher driver stuck on during a failure. My bolts were built to operate from 10v-30v.
As someone has posted above, I have had a few of the pcb boards drop out 3 leds after being installed. Of the ones I have had swapped out for this issue, everyone of them can be fixed by reheating the solder on the back at the resistor for the string that dropped out. Each of the small square resistors on the back of the PCB board that are installed "floating" meaning there are no legs to the resistor. The only way I can get a board to fail after stress testing is to bend the white pcb board. Just a note that if you have to adjust the position of the board avoid putting pressure on the white board and put all the pressure on the steel frame.
If anyone has any issues please pm met to let me know.

As promised. Effect is really great, not blinding at all. I think the chosen warm white is excellent, wonder however how the effect would-be with cool white. This as all used white in premium is also cool white
