Changed the wiring harness but not the numbers , so hooked up the two large rectangular connectors bassackward and phfttt MPU327 not working. What can I say, not very good with colours. What did I fry? As always any and all help is appreciated.

I did the same thing on a Black Knight restore and most everything was shot. I ended up buying a new board.

Incredibly stupid design by Williams back in the day. I have no idea what they were thinking. All it would have taken to avoid this was careful consideration where pins were located in the connectors and/or swapping genders on some of the pins.
