Back in the day, working for a large operator, we unboxed every machine, added our company details and stickers to it, played 20/30 games and ALWAYS had tweaks to do.
This is a VERY complex, mechanical machine. If you are not prepared for the minor tweaks and repairs that are inevitable you really shouldn't be owning one!
Remember that PRIMARILY this is a commercial, money generating machine. Recently people have started collecting them and calling it a "hobby". It is NOT a hobby for many, it is a BUSINESS!
When I see people refer to the entire industry as a "hobby" it makes me cringe because it is NOT! It might be for them and their friends but overall, it is collectively the 'amusement machine industry' NOT a hobby!
