Quoted from Freeplay40:

Been a lot of request for both of them actually. The biggest hurdle with these two ramps is the type of plastic to use. Since they have been prone to damage I would be hesitant to use acrylic for them. Further, I could source the red in acrylic but most likely not the yellow (Note that only extruded Acrylic can be vacuum formed and while most any color is available in "Cast" Acrylic, the choices in extruded are very few.) Ideally these ramps will be formed with PETG which unfortunately these days in only readily available in clear. Custom colors can be sourced overseas but are subject to minimum orders, like 2000 pounds.
That leaves only two other alternatives.... Clear that is painted or what I will be testing soon.....dyeing.

I think both GNR ramps would look fantastic as clear ramps, with a yellow/red third-party wire lighting solution following the edges. There's so much color on the PF as it is, I think I'd actually prefer them clear, or the gunmetal/smoke of the G prototype that Dave was looking into.

Quoted from dmbjunky:

So cool to see new ramps being made.

Indeed.

Given the "sad trombone" level of output from Starship Fantasy after they took over the Pinball Inc. ramp business, it's fantastic to see someone not only turning them out like gangbusters, but also seemingly enjoying doing it and being super-receptive to community input and suggestions.

Good on you, certainly for the ramps but more importantly for presenting at the museum. That's fantastic!

Quoted from CrazyLevi:

Is there any reason the High Speed clear ramp doesn't have the protector over it like the original?

Quoted from Freeplay40:

New ramp eliminated the need for the ramp cover

Quoted from Whridlsoncestood:

He's the best dog ever.

"Everyone thinks they have the best dog.

And none of them are wrong."

(GNR ramp excitement bump.)

Quoted from Mitch:

Can you get green dye. It would look sweet in green. Would match the red and green used all over the game

Oof. Thing would look like a Christmas tree.

Gun metal/smoke would look slick, if the R was done to match.

Quoted from lordloss:

Hey Freeplay, have you ever done anything with those liquid chrome applications? You know those kits that you spray a base coast of black on, then the next coat turns that fake silver reflective color adhere to plastic?
I'm trying to see if there would be any luck getting this thing colored again

Ron (woody76) offers plastic chroming: https://pinside.com/pinball/forum/topic/plating-chrome-brass-and-nickel/page/4#post-3361526

Quoted from chad:

I have a nos 360" ramp to loan as well if need be.

I don't think that'll fit, even in his new machine.

Quoted from Sinistarrett:

came fast and professionally packed!

This part of Mark’s operation can’t be overstated - packaging and boxing for shipment is a pain in the ass and a time sink, and he nails this part as well as he does the ramps themselves.

Quoted from izzy:

I don't know if it's been asked. Any chance of doing the Police Force center ramp?
thx

Police Force ramps are available at Starship Fantasy. If you just want the center ramp, he [Larry, at Starship Fantasy] only offers that one in the two ramp set.

Quoted from pinheadpierre:

I’d be curious to see if the big unit makes you more efficient, too

With mine I find I'm far less productive, but far more popular.

Did you ever do the center ramp for Comet?

Are you thinking of Mantis Amusements?
http://mantisamusements.com/
I thought someone created a forum on building your own habitrails.

Matt Gaulden, Habitrails - https://rollingballsculpture.com/ - used to do some MM and AFM habitrails.

Not sure he does pinball work any longer, but might be worth asking.

I've sent a few PM's to Freeplay40 for a Comet center ramp and Pinbot ramps but I have not had a reply. Is there a email or website we go to for ordering?

No. Read up - post 4685: https://pinside.com/pinball/forum/topic/freeplay40-ramps/page/94#post-6700875
