Switches may test good but does the cpu see them? Put the three balls in those places and let them get kicked out. If they go into the trough and it still keeps kicking those then the cpu is not seeing the trough switches made. Check the switches again with the ball sitting on them, not with your finger. If they work that way then trace the wire back to the connector and check there. If they check good at the connector then check them on the board itself.
