Just got my Free Fall up and running, but I need some help with the score settings.

An extra ball is awarded at pre-set scores according to how you set a jumper in the back box.
My machine is missing the paper card that tells you what pin hole is what score.

If someone would be so kind as to send me a picture of that card, I would greatly appreciate it.
